My husband recently had lunch here and wanted to bring me back for dinner. The atmosphere is unique and fun. This restaurant is part of The Roosevelt Hotel. The hotel has a gorgeous iconic lobby, that transports you back in time. It has beautiful painted ceilings, but I digress, this review is for 23 degrees. We were greeted right away and were able to grab a corner booth. You have a great view of Hollywood Blvd if you want to people watch especially on weekends. The weekday scene is more chill. I had the number 2 burger. It was the unique paring of pesto and burrata cheese that made me choose it. It was a tasty burger. My daughter ordered the LA street dog. One of my favorite memories as a kid from LA is the street vendor carts and the smell of onion and hot dogs. This was definitely a bougie version of the street carts and delicious. My husband had a burger and no complaints from him. He loves the spiked milkshakes. We had great service! Some of the best I've had in recent months. My only criticism is some of the things that I asked for were not available. I was going to have a nice glass of Riesling with my meal, but they don't carry that anymore. Other than that, I would say it was a great experience and worth checking out.

25 Degrees is definitely worth saving for a special occasion - not necessarily big milestones like birthdays, but more like a nice date night. Celebrating a raise at work. Catching up with a friend from out of town. The Roosevelt Hotel location, upscale diner aesthetic, and quality, unique menu items make for a memorable experience. The gourmet, well-crafted burgers and drinks are pricy, but worth it. The Chef's Choice No. 1 burger and the Sunset cocktail are my favourites. The build-a-burger option ensures you'll get exactly what you want, from fancy to simple. They are stingy with fries - ask for a full order if you want more than a pittance with your meal. Even if In N Out has your heart, 25 Degrees has some of the best burgers in LA - it's a must-try at least once.

This is one of my fave burger spots in Los Angeles. But I'm not writing this to discuss the night time greatness. With that being said, I want to let the public know about 25 Degrees wonderful breakfast offerings. Form yogurt and cheesy hash browns to eggs Benedict. There is something for everyone ones palate. Since I pride myself as being a self proclaimed burger connoisseur. I went with the breakfast patty melt. It was meal I didn't want to end. That perfectly seasoned juicy sirloin burger paired with a mix of grilled onion, egg ( I wish the egg was cooked more over easy), American cheese and topped with crispy bacon and brioche bun. It's a must try folks. I'll definitely make sure 25 Degrees is added to my breakfast spots. Cheers and taste buds!

GIVE ME SOME MEAT! This place is a classic Burger joint in the heart of Hollywood in one of Hollywood's most iconic hotels. This was one of the juiciest burgers I've had and the meat was cooked perfectly at medium rare. For me ... the best type of burger is one where the bun/meat ratio is on point and when I can actually taste the flavor of the meat. The atmosphere feels like what you would expect it to feel like when you are in the heart of Hollywood. The hotel has a lot of history and 25 Degrees has an old school diner vibe. This is what I recommend #3 Burger, sweet potato fries (save a few to dunk in the shake), onion rings, a skinny marg and a boozy shake for dessert. They're gonna reveal a new boozy shake flavor each month. This month (May) it's ABUELITA'S SHAKE (mezcal, hot chocolate & vanilla ice cream). Valet is pricey. Find street parking!!!
